Day-of-Coordination Services
You have all the details in place and would like a professional to manage and coordinate Your Special Day. Distinguish Events will oversee and execute all of the details just as you’ve envisioned so that you can relax and enjoy your celebration.
~ Complimentary consultation two (2) months before your event to go over all of the details
~ Unlimited phone calls and emails with Bride and Vendors
~ Meet with all of the vendors to confirm and review details, arrival times and venue procedures
~ Prepare and distribute wedding day timeline to all wedding party at rehearsal and to all vendors
~ Coordinate the wedding rehearsal
~ Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day
~ Oversee and manager all vendors setup and answer all questions
~ Organize and distribute all bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres
~ Ensure that all personal and rental items are returned following the wedding
~ Use of Wedding Day Emergency Kit
~ Disburse final payments and gratuities to vendors

*Cleaning of ceremony and reception site includes: Removal of trash, favors and breakdown of equipment. Distinguish Events will not be held responsible for the return of bulk rental equipment such as tables and chairs.
